Order Processing All our products are authentic handcrafted pieces made in Morocco. Orders are processed within 2–5 business days from payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Spain (Mainland) Carrier: Correos Paq Estándar (48–72h) Shipping cost: €6.99 Free shipping on orders over €60

European Union Carrier: Correos Paq Estándar International Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and displayed at checkout.

International (Rest of the World) Carrier: Correos Paq Estándar International Estimated delivery time: 10–20 business days Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order.

Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes according to the legislation of the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the Correos website (correos.es).

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographs of the damage through our Contact page. We will find a solution as quickly as possible.
